I am a Licensed marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I received my masters’ degree from Argosy University, Hawaii, with focus in Marriage and Family Therapy, and have an undergraduate degree in Social Work.
My client center/humanistic therapeutic approach integrates meditation, mindfulness, art therapy, depth psychology, trauma focus therapy, as well as coping skills building for a wholistic experience. Areas of research include International native Shamanism and Quantum healing. I’ve had the privilege to have been part of many couples, individuals and families’ journey as they healed from trauma, anxiety, depression and eating disorders, and have witnessed their incredible transformation through therapy.
The first step towards healing and transformation is having the desire to move from the emotional pain and maladaptive behaviors, and into empowerment, autonomy, and self-realization. Inner work is not an easy path, but is often the most rewarding and lasting.
